裂解炉控制系统的升级改造

摘要 采用Honeywell新一代PKS控制系统对乙烯装置裂解与急冷单元控制系统进行了升级改造。简述了该系统的网络结构,并以BA116裂解炉为例,详细阐述了BA116裂解炉的主要控制方案。升级前后的效果对比表明,仪表自控率由原来的80%提升至96%,且系统故障率大为降低,较好地实现了裂解炉的平稳运行与优化操作。 Upgrade reform on the control system of pyrolysis and quench unit of the ethylene plant was made by a new generation of PKS control system of the Honeywell. Network structure of the new PKS control system was introduced; the main control project on BA116 pyrolyzer was detailedly described. Effect comparison before and after the gradation showed that self-control rate of the instrument was raised from 80% to 96%,fault ratio of the system was obviously decreased,stable running and optimal operation of the pyrolyzer was realized.
