优化低温热流程 降低催化裂化装置能耗

摘要 通过优化500 kt/a重油催化裂化装置的低温热流程,提高了气分装置热水供应量,降低了热水温度,同时还充分利用了污水汽提塔塔顶酸性气及溶剂再生塔塔顶酸性气的低温热量。通过计算结果表明,优化低温热流程后,可有效降低装置能耗(标油)2.10 kg/t。 Hot water supply amount of the gas separation unit was increased, temperature of the hot water was decreased, low temperature heat of the sour gas on tower top of the sewage stripper and the solvent regeneration tower was used adequately by optimization on low temperature heat flow of the 500 kt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. The calculation results showed that standard oil energy consumption of the unit could be effectively decreased 3.04 kg/t by optimization on the low temperature heat flow.
