摘要
催化裂化装置的再生烟气必须经过脱硫、脱硝、除尘才能达到环保排放标准。通过对常见几种催化烟气净化技术对比分析,最终新建的催化裂化装置采用了美国杜邦—贝尔格公司的EDV湿法洗涤烟气脱硫和Lo TOxTM低温氧化脱硝技术,取得了理想的环保效果。
The regeneration exhaust gas of the catalytic cracking unit must be undergone desulfurization,denitration and dust elimination treatment,which could meet drainage standard of environmental protection. Compared and analyzed the common kinds of purification technologies for the catalytic exhaust gas,EDVwet washing desulfurization technology and Lo TOxTM low temperature oxidation denitration technology for the exhaust gas from American Dupont-Berg Company were finally adopted in the new built catalytic cracking unit,which obtained perfect environmental protection effect.
