渣油加氢装置气量调节系统故障工艺处理过程 被引量:2

摘要 渣油加氢装置往复式新氢压缩机气量无级调节系统出现故障,在不能及时切机的情况下,需调节压缩机各级负荷迅速达到100%,最大程度的减少机器损坏及操作波动。压缩机提高负荷过程中,利用三返一控制阀来调节系统用氢量,当出现各级负荷不匹配时,需要通过调节压缩机级间安全阀副线释放多余气体来控制各级压比,使出口温度不超设计温度。在压缩机三级入口气阀损坏,二级出口温度超高导致联锁停机的情况下,为维持装置运转采取切机措施,实现了100%负荷启机。 When fault occurs in the stepless adjustment system of the new hydrogen reciprocating compressor in the residual oil hydrogenation unit,the compressor load shall be improved to 100%immediately to avoid machine damage and operating fluctuations as much as possible if the compressor can't be replaced in time.During the process of load improving,the control valve for exports returned to the entrance shall be used to regulate the hydrogen flow in the system.When the load does not match at all levels,some excess hydrogen shall be released to control the interstate pressure ratio through adjusting the relief valve bypass between the compressor stages so that the exit temperature won't exceed the design one.When interlock shutdown occurs due to the damage of third-level air inlet valve and ultrahigh temperature of the secondary outlet of the compressor,the compressor is restarted and switched on100%load in order to maintain the plant operation.
