摘要
针对627kW汽轮机调速器出现剧烈振荡的问题,介绍了PG-PL调速器的控制原理,并从工艺角度、调节汽阀零点调整、连杆销间隙、调速器故障、补偿针阀开度、调速汽阀本身缺陷等方面,分析排查出振荡的原因是配汽机构与调速系统不匹配,配汽机构存在主汽阀零点未对准,调节时汽阀线性改变致使产生振荡。在不停机的情况下,通过关小汽轮机入口截止阀提高配汽机构的迟缓率以消除振荡,以及通过主汽阀零点校准,计算安装减压孔板等措施,彻底解决了振荡问题。
Aiming at the problem of severe oscillation appeared in 627 KW turbine governor,this paper introduces the control principles of PG-PL governor.And from such aspects as process conditions,regulating steam valve zero adjustment,connecting rod pin clearance,governor fault,compensation needle valve opening,governor valve defects and so on,the paper finds out through investigation and analysis that the steam distribution mechanism and control system does not match.There exists zero misalignment in the main stream valve of the steam distribution mechanism.The linear change when regulating the steam valve leads to the oscillation.Without shutting down,the entrance cut-off valve of the steam turbine is turned down to improve the slow rate of the steam distribution mechanism so as to eliminate oscillation.The main stream valve zero is proofread to calculate the installation of decompression orifice.Through these measures,the oscillation problem is solved completely.
