摘要
硫磺回收装置规模趋于大型化后,由于大型反应炉燃烧器设计制造和操作经验较少,所以实际运行中存在一定的问题。文章从国内外技术现状、反应炉燃烧器的技术特点和工艺设计参数的影响等方面阐述了反应炉燃烧器的设计与选用原则,着重分析和研究了大型反应炉燃烧器操作弹性受限,难以满足装置低负荷及开停工操作的问题,结合实例分析并提出了解决方案。
There are more and more large-scale sulfur recovery units being built.Due to lack of design and operating experience of large-scale SRU thermal reactor burner,some problems are found during practical operation of the burner.This paper expatiates on the design and selection principles of reactor burner from such aspects as the domestic and international technology status,the impacts of technical characteristics and process design parameters.Combining with examples,the paper emphatically analyzes and studies the problems that the operating turn down ratio of large-scale burner is limited and it's hard for the unit to be operated with low load and during startup and shutdown.Then,this paper puts forward the solutions.
