加氢装置加热炉机械设计优化探讨

摘要 加氢装置加热炉典型的设计模式是:反应炉为两箱纯辐射方箱型加热炉,重沸炉为辐射—对流型圆筒炉。为节省燃料,将出反应炉辐射室的高温烟气引入重沸炉的对流室下部,汇同重沸炉的辐射烟气共同加热重沸炉的对流段工艺介质。文章阐述了在不改变原设计的节能理念和不降低原设计的节能效果的同时,改变出反应炉辐射室的高温烟气入重沸炉的位置,由对流室底部降至辐射室上部或中上部,再通过优化相关的其它机械设计,降低各种荷载,从而节省材料和施工,降低一次性投资。 The typical design pattern of furnace in hydrogenation unit includes a reactor feed furnace F-101 and a reboiler feed furnace F-20.The structure of such furnace is that the reaction furnace is a pure radiant box furnace with 2 boxes and the reboiler furnace is a cylindrical furnace of radiation and convection type.In order to save fuel,the high-temperature flue gas from the radiant boxes of the reaction furnace is pushed into the lower part of the convection chamber in the reboiler furnace.It converges with the flue gas from the radiant box of the reboiler furnace to heat the process fluid in the convection of the reboiler furnace together.This paper expatiates on changing the position where the high-temperature flue gas from the radiant boxes of the reaction furnace enters into the reboiler furnace from the lower part of the convection chamber to the upper or midupper part without changing the energy conservation ideas and reducing the energy conservation effect of original design.Then other related mechanical designs are optimized to reduce various loads.Hence,this will save materials and construction and reduce the disposable investment.
