摘要
根据已成功投产的中国石油哈尔滨石化分公司90万t/a催化汽油加氢脱硫装置,基于其催化裂化汽油两段选择性加氢脱硫工艺流程的特征,结合不同部位的腐蚀类型,对该装置的加氢反应系统、反应产物空冷及产品稳定系统和循环氢脱硫吸收系统存在的腐蚀进行分析的结果表明:催化汽油加氢脱硫装置中存在严重的高温H2S-H2腐蚀、低温H2S腐蚀和由H2S引起的铵盐及胺腐蚀。文章阐述了腐蚀产生的机理,并从选材,结构设计,工艺防腐等方面提出了对上述各种腐蚀的预防对策。
Based on the process features of the two-stage selective hydro-desulfurization process for the 900 kt/a FCC gasoline hydro-desulfurization unit in China Petroleum Harbin Petrochemical Company,this paper analyzes various corrosion types at different parts in hydrogenation system,reaction product air-cooling and product stabilization system,and circulating hydrogen desulfurization absorption system.The results show that serious high temperature H_2-H_2S corrosion,low temperature H_2S corrosion and ammonium salt corrosion and amine corrosion caused by wet H_2S can be found in FCC gasoline hydro-desulfurization unit.The paper expounds the corrosion mechanism and presents some preventive measures for various types of corrosion mentioned above from material selection,structural design and process anticorrosion.
