摘要
分析了汽提塔顶注剂方式所涉及到的工艺介质、注剂性质、注剂结构、实际物相状态对管道腐蚀的腐蚀机理。缓蚀剂与工艺介质混合之后的实际物相状态是分析重点,如何避免不利的物相状态,需要在注剂点结构设计上有针对性的措施,以现场发生的一起典型腐蚀案例来具体说明这些分析因素的实际影响结果,提醒最好的方法是在设计阶段就对这些因素加以认真研究,避免运行当中出现问题。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of the pipeline corrosion caused by the process medium,the nature and structure of injection agent and the actual phase state which are involved in stripping tower injection agent method.The analysis focus is the actual phase state after mixing of the inhibitor with the process medium.Targeted measures need to be taken for the design of injection agent point structure in order to avoid adverse phase state.The paper takes a typical onsite corrosion case as an example to explain the practical impacts of these analyzing factors.It is recommended that the best way to prevent problems from occurring during operation is to study these factors seriously during the design stage.
