摘要
针对某石化设计所设计的反应釜在椭圆形封头开人孔的结构,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其开孔补强结构进行了详细的应力分析,确定了开孔处最大应力强度位置,得到了其附近应力分布规律;进行了应力强度评定,验证了采用内伸式厚壁接管进行椭圆形封头开孔补强的可靠性。应力分析结果表明,内伸式接管结构的应力强度水平较平齐式降低15.4%。
Aiming at the ellipsoidal head structure with manhole for the reactor designed by one design institute,this paper makes a detailed stress analysis on the opening reinforcement structure through applying finite element analysis software ANSYS.Then it determines the location of the maximum stress intensity of the opening and obtains the stress distribution law around it.The paper also makes stress intensity evaluation and verifies the reliability of the opening reinforcement structure of ellipsoidal head with thickwalled tube.The stress analysis results indicate that comparing the flush nozzle to the internal stretch nozzle,the stress intensity level is reduced by 15.4%.
