RFCCU泵组水联运异常现象原因分析及处理

摘要 某新建催化裂化装置(RFCCU)中交后,泵组水联运过程中,有部分机泵出现泵体振动大、发热、轴承超温、联轴器失效等异常现象。通过排查分析,认为安装施工未达到规范要求;水联运前检查、清理、冲洗工序未落到实处;轴承本身存在质量问题,润滑失效;联轴器零部件失效,钳工检修施工粗糙等,是导致水联运过程出现异常现象的主要原因。经过逐项整改后,最终使机泵试运合格,泵组水联运未再出现异常现象,顺利进入到投料试车阶段。 After the intermediate handover of a new catalytic cracking unit(RFCCU) project,some abnormal phenomenon appeared during the water flushing process of the unit pump in part of the pumps including pump body vibration,heat rise,bearing over temperature,coupling failure and so on.Through troubleshooting and analysis,it is considered that the installation didn't meet the specification requirements;the inspection.cleaning and washing process weren't implemented thoroughly before water flushing;there were quality problems in bearing itself and lubrication failure;there were also coupling component failure and rough bench repair construction,etc..These were the main causes for the abnormal phenomenon.After rectification of these problems one by one,the pump passed the test run eventually and no abnormal phenomenon appeared during the water flushing process of the unit pump.Therefore,the pump entered the stage of commissioning smoothly.
