摘要
石油化工管式加热炉炉管内的被加热介质绝大多数是易裂解、易结焦的烃类物质。加热炉设计首要关注的问题就是如何避免这些烃类物质裂解和结焦。现代许多工程公司已经不满足于只凭经验确定热强度的方法来进行设计,而是要求对介质内膜温度进行控制。文章介绍内膜温度的计算方法,分析影响内膜温度的诸多因素,讨论防止内膜温度超标的措施。
The medium heated in petrochemical tubular heaters is mostly hydrocarbon tending to crack and coke.The primary concern in heater design is how to avoid hydrocarbon cracking and coking in heater tubes.Many engineering companies nowadays prefer controlling inner film temperature in heater tubes design to experiential flux density.This paper introduces the calculating methods for inner film temperature and analyzes the factors affecting inner film temperature.It also discusses measures to prevent over high inner film temperature.
