摘要
终身教育作为一项规定和任务,已分别写入《中华人民共和国教育法》和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中。新闻显示模块是终身学习网的一个重要组成部分。笔者提出了一种新闻采集算法,通过任务计划程序每天自动执行采集程序,实践证明该算法是稳定、有效的。
Lifelong education as a mandate and a mission has been included in the ＂Education Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ and the ＂China Education Reform and Development Outline＂.The news display module is an important part of lifelong learning network. This paper proposes and implements an algorithm for gathering news in which news collection procedures are performed automatically by task scheduler every day. The algorithm is proved stable and effective.
