Supply Mechanism of Advanced Human Resources in Marine Economy Based on Innovation Demand

通过分析宁波海洋经济现状以及高级人力资源所面临的问题,依照经济学中人力资源基本理论,结合宁波海洋经济所涉及的产业领域和专业分工,阐明了在当前经济转型的环境下,基于创新需求的海洋特色经济高级人力资源的内涵,提出了高等院校和企业共享的新型高级人力资源供给模式,分析了新模式实施的保障要素,从此为进一步研究宁波地区涉海经济高级人力资源的培养和有效供给机制奠定基础。

The current situation of advanced human resources and the status of marine economy in Ningbo are analyzed in this paper. In accordance with the basic theory of human resources and combined with the industrial field and the professional division of the marine economy in Ningbo,the paper expounds the connotations of the advanced human resources in the marine economy,proposes a new supply model based on the cooperation between universities and enterprises and analyzes the factors that ensure the implementation of the new model.
