摘要 我国制造业面临着欧美发达国家再工业化战略和新科技革命浪潮的双重影响,制造业格局变动朝着两条路径演进:一是传统制造业的转型升级;二是新科技革命衍生出新业态和新商业模式,产业格局的变动对人才需求产生直接影响。宁波市制造业的转型升级和新兴产业的发展对人才需求层次提出更高要求,要进一步重视人才工作,对符合新兴产业发展需要人才需求加强研判,积极培育和引进能够引领新业态、新模式发展的创新型人才,构建适应现代制造业发展需求的人才体系,推动宁波产业转型升级和新兴产业顺利接续。 China's manufacturing industry is facing the dual influences of re-industrialization strategy and new technological revolution of European countries, which provides the industry with two ways of development, i.e., one is the reforming, transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry and the other is the direct impact on the talent demand derived from the new business condition, model and industrial structure in the new scientific and technological revolution. In Ningbo, the transformation and the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the development of the newly emerged industries have asked for the higher level of talent demand. In order to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading and develop the newly emerged industries, Ningbo City should pay more attention to the talent work, which means to improve the research on and the judgment of the talent demand according to the development of the newly emerged industries, actively cultivate and introduce the innovative talents who can lead the development of the new industrial condition and model, and build the talent system that caters to the modern industrial development.
