汽车4S店成本控制多因素模糊评价体系构建研究

Construction of Fuzzy Evaluation System for Cost Control in Auto 4S Shops

随着汽车市场增幅放缓和国家信贷政策的调整,成本控制已成为影响汽车4S店发展的重要因素。由于汽车4S店成本控制评价的模糊性,使准确的评价存在较大的困难,而模糊综合评价法能合理地解决评价内容的模糊性和范围不确定的问题。因此,笔者分析了汽车4S店成本影响因素,构建了评价指标体系,建立了4S店成本控制模糊评价模型,并实例验证了该模糊评价方法的有效性,为4S店经营者决策提供科学的评价方法。

Cost control has become an important factor in the development of automobile 4S shops.However, as the evaluation of cost control is rather fuzzy, it is hard to evaluate accurately. To address this, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can reasonably overcome the fuzziness in the evaluation content and the uncertainty in the scope. This paper constructs the multi-factors evaluation index system for the cost control, establishes the mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation, and verifies the validity of the evaluation model with examples given.
