介绍了75 t/h循环流化床锅炉使用的DSF-W型多管水冷式滚筒冷渣器的特点及运行中出现的故障问题,经过检修改造后消除了内漏和堵塞情况,可为同类厂家提供借鉴。
The paper introduces characteristics and failure problems occurred in operation of DSF-W type multi-tube water-cooled roller slag cooler in 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, after inspection and technical improvement removing internal leakage and congestion, which sets an example for the same manufacturers.
