加强对中国经济发展新常态的分析，是近年来研究的重大课题。经济发展的一般客观规律、我国外需环境的巨大变化，以及经济发展所处“三期叠加”阶段的内在因素等客观事实，推动中国经济进入新常态，并塑造了其丰富的内涵，要科学认识和把握。我国主动适应和引领经济发展新常态，要坚持以提高经济发展质量和效益为中心，要把转方式调结构放到更加重要位置，要更加扎实地推进经济发展，要更加坚定地深化改革开放，来推动我国经济稳步前进。

To deepen the analysis of the new normal of Chinese economic development is a major research topic in recent years. The objective facts, including the general law of eco- nomic development, the great changes of our external demand environment, and the intrinsic factors at economic development named＂three phase superposition＂ stage, promote China＇s e- conomy into the new normal, and form its rich connotation. What we actively adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development is to adhere to improving the quality and effi- ciency of economic development being the central task, putting the transformation of the de- velopment model and adjustment of economic structure into more important position, promo- ting the development of economy more solidly, and deepening reform and opening up more firmly for promoting China＇s economic progress.
