随着武警部队职责使命的不断拓展和任务的日益繁重，基层分队狙击手在关键时刻发挥着至关重要的作用。针对基层分队狙击手训练过程中存在的问题，着眼提高培养高水平的狙击手，从基础射击技能训练、战场技能训练及完善培养机制三个方面入手，全面提升基层狙击手的能力素质，适应部队建设发展的需要。

With the missions for the PAP increasingly expanding and tasks being beavier, snipers in critical moment play a vital role. To foster a high level of snipers we should pay attention to the existing problems of training and improve the training mode. On the one hand, we should take focus on basic shooting training. On the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen the training of warfare skills, sniper tactics and psychology.
