单一孔径掺杂的光子晶体光纤的光学特性研究

摘要 对光子晶体光纤最内侧的单一孔径进行掺杂,使其折射率从1.0渐变至1.45,进而分析受掺杂孔折射率的影响,光子晶体光纤光学特性的变化.利用有限元法对单一孔径渐变折射率的光子晶体光纤的功率分布,径向功率最大值,纤芯有效折射率,双折射以及偏振模色散等光学特性进行分析模拟.在光子晶体光纤非对称孔径研究上得到的结论有助于光子晶体光纤特性研究的发展. The single pore diameter is doped,and the refractive index of the is changed from 1. 0 to1. 45,and then the influence of the refractive index of the doped hole is analyzed,and the optical properties of the photonic crystal fiber are changed. Using the finite element method to analyze the power distribution of the single aperture gradient index PCF,the maximum radial power,the effective refractive index of core fiber,the birefringence and the polarization mode dispersion and so on. The conclusion of this paper is helpful to the development of the research on the characteristics of the photonic crystal fiber in the PCF.
