摘要
笔者将现代主义版式设计视为以视觉符号为单位的、相互关联又各有差别的系统。在这个系统内,文字、图形、色彩及其关系依赖结构中的意义表达而存在,它们以灵活的方式形成对立和关联的存在,而现代版式设计的意义正因这种关联和差别而存在。以开放的相对主义替代古典的理想主义,是"现代性"观念为版式设计形式所赋予的精神意义。
The authors see the modern layout design as a system taking visual symbols asunitswhich are interconnected and different.In this system,texts,graphics,colors and their relationshipsexist for the dependent structure of meaning expression,and they become formation of confrontation and association in a flexible way,while the significance of modern layout design exists because of the association and difference.To replace classical idealism by open relativism is the spiritual meaning that the 'modernity' concept given to layout design.
