慢性肾病与脑小血管病 被引量:5

摘要 慢性肾病(CKD)表现为肾小球滤过率下降和肾脏损害,是心脑血管等疾病的危险因素,也是一个日益增长的危害人类健康的因素。研究表明CKD在心脑血管疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。近年来发现其对脑小血管病有广泛的影响,目前越来越多的研究表明CKD与无症状脑梗死、脑白质病变、血管周围间隙扩大、脑微出血、视网膜动脉病变和认知障碍有关。
