社会责任视角下我国食品企业危机管理策略研究 被引量:4

On Crisis Management Strategy of Chinese Food Enterprises from the Perspective of Social Responsibility

摘要 随着全球经济一体化的深入推进,食品企业发展迅速,当前食品企业的社会责任主要是通过食品安全体现出来的。本文基于社会责任视角,对社会责任理论以及危机管理进行概述,对食品危机情境下的企业危机管理策略进行深入分析,以期为食品企业管理危机提供参考。 With the deepening of the global economic integration, Chinese food enterprises develop rapidly. The social responsibility of these enterprises is reflected by the safety of the food they produced. The paper first overviews the social responsibility theory and crisis management, then makes a deep analysis of the enterprises' crisis management strategies in the context of food safety crisis in China. It is hoped to be referential to those food enterprises in their crisis management.
