摘要
用高温气相充氚技术 ,对抗氢脆不锈钢充氚后微观组织进行研究。发现氚 (氢 )可使透射样品晶界产生腐蚀行为 ,氚 (氢 )使晶内位错密度增加。利用氚自射线照相法 ,研究了氚在抗氢脆不锈钢中的分布特征。结果表明 :氚在晶界、位错处聚集。
This paper reports the TEM study of the hydrogen resistant stainless steel HR 1, HR 2 and HR 3 which were charged with tritium in mixed atomsphere of deutium and tritium at elevated temperature. It is found that the grain boundries had been distinctly corroded and dislocation density raised after charging tritium. The distribution characteristics were tested by tritium autoradiography and showed that tritium concentrated in the grain boundaries and dislocations.
