摘要
针对深圳地铁9号线隧道盾构开挖,研究同步注浆在不同压力模式下对隧道稳定性和地面沉降以及分层沉降的影响。获得适合描述该土体性质的本构模型参数,并通过运用有限元软件Midas/GTS对其进行有限元数值分析,对比现场实测数据来验证盾构施工同步注浆壁后压力分布模式。结果表明:非均匀压力模式相比均匀压力模式更接近实际,且更合理;非均匀压力模式相比均匀压力模式下的地面沉降与各层地层沉降,前者最终沉降约是后者的31.9%,且更接近实际情况;非均匀压力模式相比均匀压力模式对管片应力影响更大,前者最终所受应力约是后者的59.0%,可为盾构隧道的设计施工提供参考。
Through the study of the excavation of shield tunnel of Shenzhen metro line 9,we analyse the stability of tunnel and ground subsidence and layer settlement on the basis of the synchronous grouting in different pressure modes.We get the parameters of soil properties and constitutive model of the Survey & Design Institute exploration report,and use the finite element software Midas/GTS to make the finite element numerical analysis of the soil,and contrast with the field test data to verify the pressure distribution pattern of synchronous grouting of shield construction.The results show that the non-uniform pressure mode is much closer to the actual one and more reasonable than the uniform pressure model.In terms of the land subsidence and ground subsidence,the non-uniform pressure is 31.9% of the uniform pressure model,and in terms of the impact on the segment stress,the non-uniform pressure is 59.0% of the uniform pressure model.These can provide some references for similar engineering.
