摘要
针对传统垃圾焚烧炉进料装置密封性差、进料量不好掌握的缺陷,本研究拟设计开发一种改善传统垃圾进料口缺陷的优化装置,以达到垃圾处理必须满足的密封性和均匀进料的设备要求。论文针对粉碎机(前期处理),变速装置(控制转速)和调速控制入料装置(核心控制装置)等方面进行了开发设计,该装置可实现入料粉碎,传送和调速控制等过程。
In view of the fact that the feeding device of the traditional incinerator has poor sealing performance and its feeding quantity is not easy to hold this study intends to design and develop an optimizational device to improve the drawbacks of the traditional feeding throats in order to achieve enough tightness and uniform feeding during garbage disposal. In this paper,disintegrator(pretreatment),conveyor belts(conveyor),control of feeding device's speed(the core control device)and other aspects have been designed and developed. The device can be im-plemented into the crushed material,transmission and speed control process.
