结合半开式叶轮的结构特点和优势,在单轴离心鼓风机和压缩机的产品改进设计中,通过几个实例,分析了应用半开叶轮的设计要点,通过结构优化,减小了机器尺寸,节约了制造成本和维护成本,并针对半开式叶轮应用中的常见问题,提出了一些改进建议。

Combination of semi-open impeller structure characteristics and advantages,in single-shaft centrifugal blower and compressor product improving design,through several examples,analyzed the application of semi-open impeller design key points. Through structural optimization,to decrease the size of the machine and reduce the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost,and aiming at the common problems in application of semi-open impeller,puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
