摘要
论文提出了一种基于电磁平衡原理的胶囊动态称重系统,利用SolidWorks建立了该称重系统的3D模型,并搭建了实物样机。该系统可实现药粒的连续传送、检测及分拣任务。嵌入式ARM利用电磁平衡传感器获得药粒的重量信息来判定药粒是否合格,并通过串口将电机动作命令传达给AVR单片机以实现药粒的分拣。搭建了基于MiniGui的人机交互界面可对药粒规格进行校准并实时显示检测信息。
In this paper,a kind of capsule dynamic weighing system based on the principle of electromagnetic balance is proposed. 3D mod-eling of the robot based on Solidworks software is finished and a physical prototype is built. The system can continuous realize the task of transmission,detection and sorting. ARM and AVR microcontroller are used to design the measurement and control system. At last,the human-computer interaction interface based on Mini Gui is designed,which can display real-time testing information.
