电梯定期维护保养集中监测及统计系统的研究

Research on Centralized Monitoring and Statistical System for the Regular Maintenance of Elevator

为加强对电梯定期维护保养的监察力度,提高电梯系统的安全性能,建立电梯定期维护保养远程集中监测及统计系统,在电梯井道顶部、底坑以及机房分别安装维保人员识别系统,并通过识别系统激活相应的视频监控装置,实现对电梯维护保养人员的维保周期、作业情况进行远程集中监测,采用Web界面发布功能实现维护保养统计数据的全局实时共享,为提高维护保养质量,延长电梯的使用寿命,保证电梯的安全运行提供了重要保障。

In order to strengthen the elevator periodic maintenance maintenance supervision,improve the safety performance of the elevator system,build the elevator maintenance remote centralized monitoring and statistical system,in at the top of the elevator hoistway,bottom hole and the room are respectively arranged maintenance personnel identification system and through the recognition system activation corre-sponding video monitoring device,achieve the elevator maintenance maintenance staff maintenance cycle,operations for remote centralized monitoring,using the web interface release maintenance maintenance statistics global real-time sharing,in order to improve the maintenance quality and prolong the service life of the elevator,to offer an important guarantee to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
