摘要 本研究运用基于面向对象Python程序开发了基于IAEA398号报告的绝对剂量校准软件(ADC),该软件由光子线修正因子计算模块、电子线修正因子计算模块、校准参数输入可视化和数据输出模块构成。基于IAEA398号报告,该软件能够得出加速器不同能量的光子线和电子线绝对剂量校准所需的用户修正因子,可应用于加速器绝对剂量校准中。实际应用结果表明,运用该软件计算的用户修正因子来校准Truebeam加速器不同能量状态下的绝对剂量效果较好,值得临床推广。 This research developed the software Absolute Dose Calibration(ADC) based on the report of IAEA 398 with the application of The Python program.ADC is composed of calculation of the photon correction factor, calculation of the electron correction factor, as well as input data visualization and data output. Based on the report of IAEA 398, the software can quickly calculate the user correction factors, which were used to precisely measure the absorbed dose and to calibrate beam dose. The results of the ADC was used to calibrate absolute dose of the truebeam accelerator for different energy rays, if choosing different phantoms and ionization chambers, ADC should be able to calculate user correction factors for different energy rays. It can be applied to calibrate absolute dose on the accelerator and is worthy of clinical promotion.
