声触诊组织量化技术诊断腮腺良性结节的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨声触诊组织量化(VTQ)技术对腮腺良性结节的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择56例腮腺良性结节患者及50例健康志愿者(对照组),均采用VTQ技术进行检查,测量并比较其剪切波速度(SWV)。结果 56例患者中,多形性腺瘤27例,腺淋巴瘤17例,淋巴结反应性增生12例,各组间比较,SWV差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多形性腺瘤组和腺淋巴瘤组的SWV均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VTQ技术能定量分析组织硬度,为鉴别诊断腮腺良性结节提供了一条新的途径。 Objective To explore the value of virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ) in the differential diagnosis of parotid benign nodules. Methods 56 patients with parotid benign nodules and 50 healthy volunteers(control group) were selected and examined by VTQ technology, and the shear wave velocity(SWV) were measured and compared. Results Among 56 patients, 27 cases were pleomorphic adenoma, 17 cases were adenolymphoma, 12 cases were reactive hyperplasia of lymph node. There were significant differences of SWV among three groups(all P〈0.05). The SWV of pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma group were both higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion VTQ can provide quantitative information about tissue stiffness which is useful for the differential diagnosis of the parotid benign nodules.
