项目管理在我院信息中心的应用

Application of Project Management in the Information Center in Our Hospital

随着数字化医院建设的深入使得医院信息中心系统实施、维护管理工作量成倍增长,如何使信息中心在稳健地推进医院信息化建设的同时提高临床管理科室满意度成为信息管理部门关注的问题。本文总结了我院信息中心项目负责人制度的具体做法及取得的实效,科室内部管理得以提升,用户科室满意度明显提高。

With the progress of the construction of digitalization hospitals, which allows the application of the medical information center, the workload for the maintenance of has been doubled. One of the major problems that has become the center of attention of the information management department is how the information center can steadily promote the construction of hospital informatization while improving the degree of satisfaction in clinical management from different departments so as to promote users＇ satisfaction. This paper summarized the specific implementation carried out in the system of project leader in the information center in our hospital and examine the effectiveness of the practice. The intramanagement of clinical departments were improved. The degree of satisfaction from clinical departments were also improved significantly.
