摘要
目的观察吸入七氟醚对糖尿病小鼠认知功能的影响。方法单剂量腹腔注射链脲佐霉素(150mg/kg)诱导小鼠糖尿病模型,将造模成功(空腹血糖〉11.1mmol/L)的20只小鼠随机分为糖尿病组(DM组)和七氟醚糖尿病组(DM+S组);另设对照组(C组)及七氟醚组(S组),每组10只。C组吸入空气,DM组吸入空气,S组吸入1.5%七氟烷6h,DM+S组吸入1.5%七氟醚6h。24h后,分别用跳台法、避暗法记录遗忘小鼠错误次数(errortimes,ETs)、跳台潜伏期(stepdown lataney,SOL)和步入潜伏期(stepthroughlatancy,STL)。结果DM+S组SDL和STL分别为(98±9)、(32±32)s,与C组、DM组、s组比较均下降(P〈0.05);跳台实验和避暗实验的ETs分别为(4.7±O.5)次和(3.1±2.1)次,与C组、DM组、s组比较均增加(P〈0.05)。结论吸入七氟醚对糖尿病小鼠短期内的认知功能有影响,加重糖尿病对认知功能的损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane on cognitive performance in diabetic mice. Methods Diabetic mice induced by a single Intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (150 mg/kg body weight) were used as animal model of diabetes. All animals were randomly divided into four groups, among this, diabetic mice with hyperglycemia (〉11.1 nmol/L) divided into two groups, including diabetic mellitus group(group DM) and diabetic mellitus and sevofurane group(group DM+S). Other groups are control group (group C) and sevoflurane group (group S)(10 mice/group). Coup C and group DM inhaled air for 6 h, group S and group DM+S inhaled 1.5% sevoflurane. After 24 h, the error times (ETs), step down latancy (SDL) and step through latancy (STL) were observed and recoded in the step-down test and step-through test. Results The SDL and STL of group DM+S (98±9) s and (32±32) s are decreased compared with group C, group DM and group S. The Ets of the step-down test and step-through test (4.7±0.5) and (3.1± 2.1) are increased compared with group C, group DM and group S. Conclusions Sevoflurane can exert influence on the shortern memory in diabetic mice.
