集装箱船用高止裂韧性厚钢板的研制 被引量:6

Research of Thick Steel Plates with High Crack Arrest Toughness for Container Ships

摘要 介绍了华菱湘钢对高强韧性、高止裂性集装箱船用厚钢板的研制。结果表明,采用低碳高锰、Nb-Ti-Ni多元微合金化成分设计,配合TMCP控轧控冷工艺,研制的高强度EH47船用钢板,最大厚度达80 mm,屈服强度在460 MPa以上,抗拉强度在570~720 MPa之间,低温-40℃心部冲击功达到250 J以上,经梯度温度型双重拉伸止裂试验检验,其-10℃止裂韧性Kca值≥6 000 N/mm3/2,能够很好的满足超大型集装箱船关键部位止裂钢板的使用需求。 The thick steel plates with high strength, toughness and high crack arrest toughness were developed successfully by using the technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling( TMCP) and the chemical design of low carbon, high manganese and multi alloys as Nb-Ti-Ni. The plates were up to 80 mm in thickness, the yield strength was above 460 MPa,the tensile strength was between 570 and 720 MPa, the mid-thickness impact toughness at-40 ℃was above 200 J and the crack arrest toughness(Kca) at-10 ℃ was more than 6 000 N / mm3 /2.The plates could satisfy the requirements of crack arrest properties of the plates in the key structures of the ultra large container ships.
