摘要
目的研究蜂窝式偏心受压构件腹板局部稳定性能,得到蜂窝式偏心受压构件腹板高厚比限值.方法对具有相同开孔率的正六边形孔、圆形孔的两个蜂窝构件进行试验研究,以试验为基础,建立有限元分析模型,将试验结果同有限元分析结果进行对比;利用该模型讨论孔型、翼缘与腹板厚度比、腹板高厚比以及竖向开孔率对于弹性屈曲荷载、临界应力以及极限荷载的影响,提出蜂窝偏心受压构件腹板弹性屈曲临界应力公式以及高厚比限值公式.结果有限元分析结果同试验结果吻合良好,偏心受压时,具有相同开孔率的蜂窝构件,六边形孔腹板的局部稳定性好于圆形孔,蜂窝式偏心受压构件腹板弹性屈曲荷载随腹板高厚比的增大而减小,但随着翼缘与腹板厚度比和竖向开孔率的增大而增大.结论拟合出蜂窝偏心受压构件腹板的弹性屈曲临界应力公式,以保证腹板在发生强度破坏之前不发生屈曲为设计准则;建立腹板高厚比限值公式,该式反映了腹板高厚比、翼缘与腹板厚度比及竖向开孔率对腹板局部稳定的影响,能准确地反映蜂窝构件的实际工作状况,为实际工程提供参考.
To investigate the local stability of web in eccentric compressed castellated components and derive the formula of the depth to thickness ratio,this paper presented the experimental study on two castellated components with the same opening rate to analyze the comparison results based on the finite element analysis model,which was used to discuss the influence of pass,flange to thickness ratio,height to thickness ratio and vertical opening rate on the elastic buckling load,critical stress and ultimate load of the web. Then the formulas were proposed to evaluate the critical stress and the ultimate depth to thickness ratio of eccentrically compressed castellated components.The experimental test showed that the finite element analysis results had a good agreement with experimental results,and the local stability of hexagon hole was better than that of the round holewith the same opening rate when under eccentrically compressing. The elastic buckling load of castellated components was gradually decreased with increasing the height to thickness ratio of web,and increased with increasing the flange to thickness ratio and the vertical opening rate. The elastic buckling stress formula of the web in castellated components was obtained on the condition that the buckling will not occur before the strength damage. The ultimate height to thickness ratio formula of web reflected the influence of height to thickness ratio,flange and thickness ratio,and the vertical opening rate on local stability,and the calculation results matched with practical case to provide reference for engineering projects.
