摘要
在智能日光温室环境下,以陇东苜蓿为材料,研究了其单茬生育期内生物量分配和叶功能性状变化,从时间动态角度探讨了陇东苜蓿的适应性机制。结果表明:随植株逐渐发育成熟,陇东苜蓿根重、茎重、叶重、冠重、总重、根生物量比、根冠比、叶面积、叶面积指数呈增加趋势,叶生物量比、叶重分数、叶厚呈降低趋势,茎生物量比、叶宽、叶长宽比、叶面积比、比叶面积变化相对较平缓;叶长在出苗后生长前期(30-66d)呈不断增加趋势,分枝期(66d)时达到最大值,后期缓慢减小。
The changes in biomass allocation and leaf functional traits of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.cv.Longdong)were investigated at different growing stages in one cut in a greenhouse.Lucerne root mass,stem mass,leaf mass,crown mass,total mass,root mass/total mass,root mass/crown mass,leaf area and leaf area index tended to increase with days after emergence.And leaf mass/total mass,leaf mass/crown mass and leaf thickness tended to decrease with days after emergence,while stem mass/total mass,leaf width,leaf length/width,leaf area/total mass and specific leaf area hardly changed.However,leaf length increased till 66 days after emergence and afterwards decreased gradually.
