摘要
目的探讨品管圈管理方式在灾害应急演练中的应用效果。方法随机选取煤炭总医院2个护理单元,各为A组(干预组)与B组(对照组),各单元20人。A组护理人员采用品质管理圈管理,B组护理人员采用传统管理,对比两组护理人员的急救技能、心理干预能力、合作能力、灾害救援能力。结果品管圈管理实施前,两组人员的急救技能、心理干预能力、合作能力、灾害救援能力得分基本相同,无统计学差异;品管圈管理实施后,A组人员的急救技能、心理干预能力、合作能力、灾害救援能力得分分别为(28.4±3.1)、(28±2.9)、(38.8±3.3)、(95.2±3.8);B组人员的急救技能、心理干预能力、合作能力、灾害救援能力得分分别为(23.8±2.5)、(24±2.0)、(34.6±1.9)、(82.4±3.0);A组得分明显高于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论品管圈管理在灾害应急演练过程中取得了良好的效果,可明显提升护理人员的灾害救援技能。
Objective To explore the quality control circle's (QCC) applicable effect in disaster emergency drills. Methods Two units with 20 nurses each were randomly selected to QCC group of which was employed with QCC method and a control group of which was adopted with traditional management method. A comparison was made between the two groups on first aid skills, psychological intervention, team work,as well as disaster rescue capability. Results After the different management applications were realized, the test scores of QCC group on all above subjects reflected higher than the control group with significant difference (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The QCC management method is considered being effective in improving nurses' rescuing capabilities in a disaster relief mission.
