摘要
调节阀中不同阀瓣型线构成的通道 ,其局部流阻是不一样的。通过应用ANSYS软件对DN50mmZVF型调节阀几种阀瓣型线在不同开度下构成的通道结构模型进行计算 ,从而得出流阻系数与开度的关系 ,并通过比较得到最佳阀瓣型线。
The local flowing resistance in the path of regulator formed by different configurations of valve clack is unlike. In this paper, the models of the path of regulator which constituted by different configurations of valve at the various pitch of unlocking are calculated by the software of ANSYS in the regulator of ZVF of DN50. The relations of flowing resistance and the pitch of unlocking is given.By comparison, the optimal configurations of valve clack is chosen. This kind of method has extensive applied worthiness in the engineering.
