摘要
高液位控制系统是轻油装车鹤管的配套设施,作为防溢流设备的高液位报警器在成品油装车安全生产中发挥着重大作用。受工作环境的影响,现用高液位报警器在使用过程中故障率高、使用寿命短,给轻质油槽车装车安全带来很大危害,增加了运行成本。分析了高液位报警器产生故障的原因,提出了改进措施,对高液位报警器探头在使用过程中稳定性差、光纤易损坏、不耐腐蚀以及抗挤压性能差等问题,有针对性地提出了相关设计改进建议。
High liquid level control system is an ancillary facility of light oil loading arm.And as the overflow preventing device,high liquid level alarm plays a major role in safety loading of refined oil.However,affected by work environment,current high liquid level alarm has high failure rate and short service life when using.And this brings great harm to the safety of light oil tank lorry load and increases the operation cost.This article analyzes the failure causes of high liquid level alarm and puts forward the improvement measures.Moreover,aiming at the problems of poor stability,easy for optical fiber damage,noncorrosion resistance and poor anti-extrusion performance of the high liquid level alarm probe in the progress of using,the article brings forward targeted improvement suggestions for relevant design.
