摘要
通过自然沉降除油试验、温度比对试验、调整混凝剂投加位置等手段,研究了哈拉哈塘油田哈六联合站污水处理系统除油效果较低的原因。研究结果表明:哈六联合站污水处理系统中压力除油器体积较小,混凝剂反应后污水中絮凝物沉降时间不足是造成污水含油超标的主要原因,通过将加药点调整至污水沉降罐前,利用污水沉降罐体积大、沉降时间较长的特点,有效解决了联合站污水除油效果差的问题,使污水水质有了很大改善,提高了污水回用率。
This paper studies the reasons for the low deoiling effect of the sewage treatment system at Haliu Joint Station of Halahatang Oilfield through natural sedimentation,deoiling test,temperature comparison test and adjusting the position of the coagulant.The results indicate that the volume of the oil removing device in the sewage treatment system of Haliu Joint Station is small and the sedimentation time of the flocculation in the sewage is insufficient.These are the main reasons that cause the oily sewage to exceed the standards.The problem of low deoiling effect of the sewage at the Joint Station is solved effectively by adjusting the dosing points to sewage sedimentation tank and taking advantages of large volume of the sewage sedimentation tank and long sedimentation time.This improves the sewage water quality greatly and increases the reuse rate of the sewage.
