摘要
D类功率放大器具有体积小、效率高等优点,被广泛应用于各种发射电路中。针对水声通信工程中使用D类功放的主动声呐的发射机在多路发射机同时工作时容易引起故障的问题,对发射机出现故障的原因进行分析,并通过功率管选择、功率管散热处理、功率驱动芯片选择、钳位二极管选择、消振电路参数选择及变压器绕制工艺改进等手段优化电路性能。通过上述改进措施,可使声呐系统稳定性和可靠性大幅提高。
The D type power amplifier is usually used in various transmitters for its advantages,such as tiny size,high efficiency.The D type power amplifier is also a common design for the active sonar transmitter.However,when all the channels of a transmitter work together,one can find a high fault rate with the transmitter.This paper analyzes the causes of the faults and proposes the improvements of the circuit design,which make the sonar system much more reliable.
