经肛直肠内镜微创手术治疗直肠癌的发展现状及进展

摘要 经肛直肠内镜微创手术（transanal endoscopic microsurgery，TEM）是一个有别于传统腹腔镜和纤维内镜技术的内镜外科新分支。它是经过肛门和直肠管腔使观察镜和操作器械进入直肠腔或穿过肠腔壁进入人体腹膜腔内，以进行各种腔镜手术操作的内镜外科技术。该技术因在自然腔道内操作，
