摘要 目的探求心理干预对冠心病患者住院时间及复发的影响。方法选择符合WHO诊断标准的冠心病患者100例,随机平分为心理干预组和对照组。分别在患者入院、出院时做纵向、多时点重复问卷调查,统计住院时间,并在一年后做复发调查。结果心理干预组住院时间缩短,复发减少。结论心理干预有利于身心疾病的好转,提高疗效;降低患者的治疗费用,减轻患者经济负担,节约社会资源,从而获得更大的经济效益和社会效益。 Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on the hospitalization time and recurrence in patients with coronary artery disease( CAD). Methods 100 cases of patients diagnosed with CAD based on WHO criterion were chosen and divided into two groups randomly: psychological intervention group and control group. Longitudinal and repetitive questionnaire surveys were conducted at admission and discharge of these patients. The hospitalization time was recorded and analyzed,and observed the recurrence after a year of discharge. Results The hospitalization time was significantly shorten and the recurrence was reduced in psychological intervention group.Conclusion Psychological intervention could improve the treatment and provide relief for patients with physical and mental diseases. In addition,psychological intervention could also reduce the economic burden for the patients and the society,and further bring more significant social and economic benefits.
