唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Zoledronic Acid Combined with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Malignant Tumor Bone Metastases

目的：观察唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛中的效果。方法：恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者88例随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。两组患者均接受放疗,在此基础上观察组加用唑来膦酸。连续治疗3～4个月后,比较两组患者疼痛和活动能力改善情况,评价两组疼痛VAS评分和生活质量Karnofsky评分变化。结果：观察组的疼痛缓解率和活动能力改善率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组VAS评分显著降低,Karnofsky评分显著提高（P〈0.05）;且观察组两项评分均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor of bone metastatic pain. Methods：patients with malignant tumor of bone metastatic pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group（ n = 44）. Two groups of patients were underwent radiotherapy,on the basis of the observation group added with zoledronic acid. 3-4 weeks were considered 1 course of treatment,continuous treated 3-4months. Two groups of patients＇ pain and improvment activity were compared,pain VAS score and quality of life Karnofsky score changes of two groups were evaluated. Results：The pain relief rate and the activity period of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the VAS score decreased significantly and Karnofsky score increased significantly in both groups（ P 〈0. 05）; Two scores above of observation group were significantly better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared the incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy in treatment of malignant tumor bone metastases pain,could effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the patient＇s quality of life.
