曾庆琪教授辨治老年反复泌尿系感染经验

Professor Zeng Qingqi's Experience in Treating Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections in Elderly

老年人泌尿系感染是男科的常见病,常反复发作,严重影响老年人的生活质量,症状因个体而有较大差异,治疗多用抗生素为主。曾庆琪教授长期从事中西结合男科临床工作,对本病有较独到的治疗经验。鉴于患者常期西药维持,治疗效果不佳,而中药调治多取得满意的效果,曾老师将多年临床经验加以总结整理,不断完善,形成了以应用前列腺Ⅲ号方为主方的治疗方法,对此病的防治有较大意义,今简要整理,以飨同道。

Urinary tract infections are common to be seen in elder males,and often with recurrent seizures,which largely affect the quality of life for elder people. The symptoms are various due to different constitutions of patients,and conventional treatment was based on antibiotics. Professor Zeng Qingqi has long been engaged in integration of Chinese and Western medicine in clinical treatment of male diseases,and has unique therapeutic experience. Based on his experience,Professor Zeng discovered that western medicine has poor performance even with a long treatment duration,but Chinese medicine can always has positive effect in treating these diseases. Thus,he developed a set of therapeutic methods with Prostate Ⅲ Recipe,which were proved to be significant in the prevention and treatment of such diseases. This article summarized Professor Zeng’s therapeutic methods and views for the reference of readers.
