我国社区健康干预措施对儿童保健效果影响的系统评价

System evaluation of the influence of community health interventions on child healthcare effects in China

目的系统评价我国社区健康干预措施对儿童保健效果的影响。方法检索中文数据库,收集社区健康干预措施对儿童保健效果影响的随机对照试验,根据纳入和排除标准选取文献,提取资料并评价试验质量,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献15篇,干预组家长的儿童保健知识普及(OR=9.97)、主动参与体检(OR=18.05)、按时注射疫苗(OR=6.71)、儿童营养性疾病预防(OR=2.58)四项社区健康干预措施评价指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区健康干预措施能够提高儿童保健效果,使其生长发育过程能够得到科学的指导,但社区健康干预的方式和内容需要进一步更加系统的研究。

Objective To systematicly evaluate the influence of the community care interventions on child healthcare effects in China. Methods Seaching studies published in Chinese database,the randomized controlled trials about influence of community health interventions on child healthcare effects were selected by the integration and elimination standard. Furtherly,on base of extracting datas and evaluating tests quality,Meta analysis was undertaken by Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results 15 papers were selected for Meta analysis. Four indexes in the community health intervention group were significantly better than that of the control,which were child healthcare knowledge（ OR = 9. 97）,actively participating in medical examination（ OR = 18. 05）,regularly vaccinating（ OR =6. 71）,and children ＇s nutritional disease prevention（ OR = 2. 58）. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion Community health interventions can improve the child healthcare effects,which could provide scientific guidelines for children＇s growth and development. Moreover,the ways and contents of community health interventions would be further systematic studied.
