初探血清游离脂肪酸水平与子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较子痫前期患者中合并胎儿生长受限与不合并生长受限孕妇体内血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平。方法本研究随机抽取2014年9月-2015年5月在郑州大学第三附属医院分娩的子痫前期患者50例,其新生儿出生体重正常的28例,低出生体重22例。分为子痫前期组(PE组)和子痫前期合并生长受限组(PE+IUGR组)。以同期正常分娩患者30例为对照组。用改良铜试剂比色法检测孕妇血清FFA水平。结果 1 PE组及PE+IUGR组新生儿出生体重分别为(2464±729.391)g及(1684±481.908)g,对照组新生儿出生体重为(2850±446.442)g,3组间进行多组均数两两比较的LSD-t检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2PE组和PE+IUGR组孕妇血清游离脂肪酸水平分别为(569.45±24.03)mmol/L及(696.77±71.73)mmol/L,均高于对照组(452.84±63.87)mmol/L,分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PE+IUGR组血清游离脂肪酸水平高于PE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清FFA水平升高可能是子痫前期发病的重要因素,血清FFA水平过高可能导致子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限,影响预后。 Objective To compare the level of serum free fatty acid in preeclampsia patients with fetal growth restriction and without fetal growth restriction. Methods All 50 patients with preeclampsia were selected in the Third Affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2014 to May 2015,and 28 cases with normal birth weight were divided into preeclampsia group( PE),and22 cases with growth restriction were divided into group( PE + IUGR group). 30 patients with normal childbirth in the same period were the control group. Improved copper agent colorimetry was used to detect FFA in maternal serum. Results 1The neonatal birth weight of PE,PE + IUGR and the control group was( 2464 ± 729. 391) g,( 1684 ± 481. 908) g and( 2850 ± 446. 442) g respectively,LSD-t test showed the differences were all statistically significant( P〈0. 05). 2The maternal serum FFA in PE group was( 569. 45 ±24. 03) mmol / L and in PE + IUGR group was( 696. 77 ± 71. 73) mmol / L,the levels were both higher than that in control group( 452.84 ± 63. 87) mmol / L,and the differences were both statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Maternal serum free fatty acid level in PE +IUGR group is higher than that in PE group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Maternal serum FFA levels may be an important factor for preeclampsia,high serum free fatty acid levels can lead to preeclampsia combined with fetal growth restriction,and lead to poor perinatal outcomes.
