摘要
采用PEG预处理方法是解决木材圆盘干燥开裂的重要途径,认识PEG在木材内的扩散效率及其对干缩特性的影响,对于科学制定预处理工艺具有重要意义。本研究以樟子松为试材,采用增重率、增重速率等指标为评价依据,对PEG400沿木材顺纹方向的扩散效率和对干缩的影响进行研究。结果表明:顺纹长度、预处理时间是影响PEG400在木材内部扩散效率的重要因素,PEG400进入量与其对木材干缩特性的影响具有一定的相关性。
Using PEG pretreatment method is the important ways to solve lumber disc dry crack, the diffusion efficiency of PEG in wood and its impact on the drying shrinkage characteristics make pretreatment process of science is of great significance. Mongolica as the research object, USES the weight gain rate, rate of weight gain such as indicators for evaluation basis, wood along the grain direction of PEG400 efficiency and study of dry affected by diffusion. The results show that the suitable grain length, the pretreatment of each period is PEG400 in wood diffusion efficiency of important internal factors, PEG400 in quantity and its impact on the drying shrinkage characteristics have a certain correlation.
