摘要
以MDI/TDI混合型芳香族异氰酸酯、聚己内酯(PCL)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三甲基戊二醇(TMPD)以及聚环氧丙烷三醇(PPG-330)大分子交联剂为主要原料,合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)。利用FT-IR、DSC、拉力试验机对产物进行了表征。结果表明:全聚酯型WPU的拉伸强度、模量、耐水性均优于含部分聚醚型WPU;交联度增加后的WPU热稳定性提高;当PPG质量分数为12.85%时,所得涂膜的拉伸强度为32.28MPa,100%模量为4.38MPa,吸水率为3.50%,在温度70℃、湿度95%恒温恒湿条件下2周后,其性能无明显下降,可用于面料用半PU合成革。
waterborne polyurethane (WPU) were prepared with MDI/TDI mixed aromatic isocyanate, polycaprolactone diol ( PCL), polytetramethylene glycol ( PTMG ), dimethylol propionic acid ( DMPA ), 2,2,4 - Trimethyl - 1,3 - pentanediol (TMPD) and polypropylene glycerin (PPG -330) macromolecular crosslinker as primary materials and characterized by FT - IR, DSC and universal testing machine andso on. The results show that the tensile strength, modulus and water resistance of polyester WPU are superior to part of containing polyether WPU, the thermal stability of WPU is enhanced with the crosslinking degree in- creasing, when the PPG is 12. 85%, the tensile is 32. 28MPa, 100% modulus is 4. 38MPa, water absorption is 3.50%. And the film decline in performance of WPU could be accepted and can be used as fabric for synthetic leather of PU/PVC at the Condition of the temperature 70℃, humidity 95% , and 2weeks.
