基于德尔菲法的儿童鞋安全性评价指标体系

Safety assessment index system for kids' shoes by Delphi method

首先采用Delphi(德尔菲)法对15名专家进行2轮问卷调查,然后对专家积极系数、意见协调程度以及权威程度进行分析,最后在充分考虑专家建议基础上,运用界值法筛选评价指标,构建一套包括3项一级指标,7项二级指标和15项三级指标的儿童鞋安全性评价指标体系。研究结果显示,专家积极系数和权威系数较高,专家意见协调程度较好。由此得出结论,德尔菲法应用于儿童鞋安全性指标体系的研究是可行的,该方法丰富了儿童鞋安全性评价指标,为相关研究提供借鉴和参考。

15 experts were recruited and they were consulted for two rounds with the Delphi method. The positive coefficient, expert coordination degree and extent of authority were calculated for the reliability analysis of the index. Safety assessment index was constructed by the boundary - value method. Results show that sensitivities factors such as active coefficient, coordination co- efficient and authoritative coefficient are recorded to be high. A set of gradated children＇s safety shoes evaluation index is construc- ted including 3 first - level indexes, 7 second - level indexes and 15 third - level indexes. According to this study, a safety as- sessment index for kids＇ shoes is built. It indicates that Delphi method is a feasible approach for the index building; and our safety assessment index for kids＇ shoes will provide a reference for the implementation and evaluation of children＇s safety shoes.
